Personally, I adore the Spinach-and-Cheese and Spinach varieties. As a rule of thumb, all the ‘and-cheese’ patties come in a loaf or Cocoa (soft) Bread style, while the others have a regular patty crust. Be sure to try the Veggie and Veggie-and-Cheese patties too. I’ve been a patron of this restaurant for years, and they consistently deliver exceptional, reliable flavors.

Caribbean Spice will always have a special place in my heart! I have fond memories of my dad taking me there when I was younger, and I’ve been in love with their patties and coco bread ever since. I finally had the chance to visit again when I returned to Gainesville. I made sure to get there as soon as they opened, knowing that their patties sell out quickly. I ordered spinach patties, spinach and cheese loaf, beef and cheese patties, and coco bread. Everything tasted just like I remembered it. The coco loaves are my absolute favorite—I could eat one every day. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Caribbean Spice consistently serves high-quality patties. My only regret is not ordering more!
